Company Profile:

1. Jingdezhen Raoyu Ceramic Culture Communication Co., Ltd. is committed to promoting blue and white porcelain culture, disseminating knowledge of blue and white porcelain, inheriting and researching blue and white porcelain handicrafts, and leading the development of the blue and white porcelain industry. It is a cultural communication enterprise that integrates research and development, production, exhibition, exchange, and trading.

2. Established on November 23, 2011, Jingdezhen Raoyu Ceramic Culture Communication Co., Ltd.

3. Historical origin: Qingbai porcelain was first fired during the Five Dynasties period and was most prosperous in the Song Dynasty. The Qingbai porcelain fired from the Hutian kiln in Jingdezhen has a unique style, simple and elegant, handsome and upright. Through continuous excavation, organization, and research, Rao Yuren has recreated the soul of the lost blue and white porcelain from the Hutian kiln, inheriting the unique craftsmanship of the Song Dynasty Hutian kiln. Combining modern technological strength and modern aesthetics, he has developed unique materials and glazes, combining inheritance with modernity, making the created blue and white porcelain clearer, more transparent, and brighter than before.

4. Main products: Currently, the company's works are divided into two categories. One is the "Soul Chasing" series: actively collecting, organizing, and researching the historical background, production process, artistic characteristics, modeling techniques, and other standardized materials of Jingdezhen Hutian Kiln blue and white porcelain in different periods, and producing representative works of Jingdezhen Hutian Kiln blue and white porcelain in different periods. The second is the "New Classical" series: works that have the classic connotation of Jingdezhen Hutian Kiln blue and white porcelain, break through traditional materials, conform to modern aesthetics, and combine modern craftsmanship.

5. Main features ("unique skills"): The company relies on the scientific research strength of the National Blue and White Porcelain Research Council and the Jingdezhen Songyuan Blue and White Porcelain Research Institute. After 30 years of research and exploration, the soul of the lost blue and white porcelain from the Hutian Kiln has been reproduced, and higher breakthroughs have been made in materials and techniques. The blue and white porcelain produced has unique characteristics: pure whiteness, strong transparency, low water absorption, warmth, strength, and hardness exceeding the national standard for high-temperature hard fine porcelain. It is extracted from pure natural raw ore and does not contain harmful substances. The glaze is clear and transparent, as warm as jade. In terms of shape, the essence of tens of thousands of shapes in the Song Dynasty is absorbed, and the modern aesthetic requirements are combined with the traditional half knife clay, carved flowers, carved carving, high and low relief, pasting and other processes. Unify the beauty of labor, complement each other, and achieve a high degree of integration of ideology and humanistic spirit. We have inherited handicraft techniques such as internal molding, external molding, carving and shaping techniques, material processing, shallow and high relief, and semi knife clay decoration.

6. Sales location: Jingdezhen Guoxin Porcelain Cube, Jingdezhen Huayang Mall Shangyouju.

7. Annual output value after completion: The company has an annual production capacity of 19200 pieces and an annual output value of approximately 20 million RMB.

Main process features:

Raoyu Company has four major handicraft features: inner mold forming, outer mold forming, half knife clay, and shallow relief.

They each have their own characteristics:

1. Inner Fan Forming: A molding process for circular objects such as cups, bowls, and plates of Song Dynasty thin body shaped fine porcelain. It has been lost for nearly 700 years. When making billets, the first step is to make the tire, apply the glaze, and then repair the billets. The shaping process involves placing slightly dry billets on the mold, printing and tapping to standardize and unify the billets, with the aim of shaping the inner side of the billets. Later generations organized this set of processes and summarized it as the famous "round tool unborn" nowadays. Due to its operation resembling slapping a person's head, it is commonly known as "slapping a dead person's head" in Jingdezhen.

2. Outer mold forming: It is a manual technique used in the Song Dynasty to form bottles, pots, and jars. The process involves using fired clay as a mold, while modern plaster is often used as a mold. The mold is then lifted upright and flattened with a wooden palm, and the mold is then captured and pressed with one palm. Rub the feet of the blank with both hands to make the surface of the blank smooth and uniform in thickness, then slowly remove it and place it on the material board for drying. After the shape is slightly dry and stable, proceed with processes such as splicing, riveting, ear installation, and flow control.

3. Half Knife Mud: "Half Knife Mud" is a decorative technique for carving flowers in the Song Dynasty. Through continuous research, Rao Yuren has restored and inherited this handicraft technique. It is a ceramic decorative variety made by using small iron or bamboo knives to carve a deep and shallow concave surface and line pattern on a dry body, and then applying glaze. After being fired at high temperature, the carving pattern is smooth, vivid, and exquisite. Each line has a depth variation, alternating between virtual and real, giving the pattern a sense of protrusion. The sword technique is agile and unrestrained, unrestrained and unrestrained, as light and hearty as flowing clouds and water, and can be described as a supernatural craftsmanship.

4. Shallow relief: The carving technique of shallow relief is fluent, with meticulous depiction and bright shadows. The carved patterns and patterns protrude shallowly from the bottom, with shallow carving and few overlapping layers, and their depth generally does not exceed 2 millimeters. Due to the thin and picturesque carving layer, it is also known as "thin meaning carving". The shallow relief requires strict lines and is commonly used to enhance the three-dimensional effect of the image by combining lines and surfaces. Shallow relief has a lower starting position, a larger compression of the form, a stronger sense of flatness, and a greater degree of similarity to the form of painting. Carving is known for its emphasis on elegance, precision, and close to painting principles. It integrates calligraphy, seal cutting, and painting, making it a unique art that lies between painting and carving. Therefore, excellent shallow relief works often have extraordinary artistic charm and are particularly valuable for appreciation.
